Refer a Patient

A referring physician may call the Center for further consultation,
co-management or transfer of a patient carrying a baby with an abnormality or requiring delivery at our facility for prenatal pediatric care. The referring physician will be provided with timely feedback regarding our findings and recommendations. We are also available for any questions or issues that arise.

Our department offers a Maternal Fetal Medicine transport service. If necessary, you can arrange transport from an outside hospital for your patient. This service includes direct and immediate access to a Center for Prenatal Pediatrics Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist. This program includes:

• reliable service by a dedicated ambulance and transport team
• transport planning
• comprehensive management including fetal evaluation and monitoring
• follow-up reports to your office on your patient's progress and treatment

We will offer your patients coordinated care, NewYork Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center and Morgan Stanley's Children's Hospital and will keep you informed every step of the way.
